Apply to fund the work

Prospective private donors and grantmakers may propose funding for consideration. Support is accepted selectively through review and agreement. Submitting an application does not make or commit a donation.

Funding can support scholarships, mentorship, student grant-writing assistance, educational accessibility, research and other work aligned with our public-benefit goals.

Independent decisions

We review the source and purpose of proposed support, relevant affiliations, conditions and potential conflicts. Funding does not buy an investigation, a scholarship decision, preferential access or a predetermined conclusion.

We do not accept client funding for investigations or funding from governments or governmental organizations. We do not receive advertising revenue or referral commissions. Proposed private support remains subject to acceptance.
