GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Clear terms before application.

Opportunities may identify eligible study levels, institutions, enrollment requirements, educational expenses and verification conditions. Applicants may be entering, continuing or returning to higher education where the published terms permit.

There is no application fee. We do not request Social Security numbers, bank details, identity scans, tax returns or confidential case materials in an initial application. Additional verification, if necessary, is requested later through an appropriate protected process.
